Oak Class 22/11/2021

In Oak, we have been continuing to learn about the water cycle. We made mini water cycle in bags. We placed them on the window, in direct sunlight to see if we could witness evaporation happening.

In English, we have been reading character descriptions, and writing our own based on the characters in the Wind in the Willows story, which we have been reading.

In Maths, we have been learning what happens to a number when it gets 10 times bigger or smaller. Some of the older children have been learning about 100 and 1000 times bigger and smaller.

We have also been continuing our learning about graphs, and multiplication and division.

If any parents are able to source a small haybale that we could use in our stable scene for our nativity performance, then we would be most grateful.

Thanks in advance.
