News from the Head Teacher – 11/12/18

In our penultimate week of term, we are busy rehearsing and preparing for next week’s excitement !

On Friday we are taking part in the Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. Children can come in a Christmas jumper instead of their school jumper. A contribution for the charity would also be appreciated. A suggestion of £1 per child would be generous.

Please could you make sure children are sorted with their costumes. If you have any problem or issue please do not hesitate to see me.

We are having the first dress rehearsal this Wednesday.

Please could I ask that should your family circumstances change in any way, that you inform either myself or the office directly. That includes a change of address, or residential direct. Any circumstances that are even temporary need to be communicated with me as I have a statutory responsibility for every child’s safety.

We have opened our invitation to the Victorian Christmas to residents in the village. If you know anyone who would love to come to the afternoon performance please could you let us know – especially if they might need help in getting to school.

A gentle reminder that we need numbers for Christmas Lunch by Wednesday this week please.
